File stuck in download folder

Over the last few days, my downloads have been getting "stuck" bltadwin.ruload files even after the download is done. What's strange is that I can see and open the files from the downloads tab on my browser but in my downloads folder the file still shows bltadwin.ruload and it can stay like that for a good long while without switching to the correct file type. 1. 1.
